Are the lemon and kiwi rugs made of fabric like the orange rug, or are they made of yarn? If it's yarn, how did you get the stitches to be so thick?

I love love love your stuff. How wide do you cut your strips? And how do you tie them together (do you weave in the ends?) If these are trade secrets, I totally respect that.
