I can't understand well what you're searching for.
When you talk about polyestyrene you mean this?? >>> http://www.barrule.com/workshop/images/info/foams/big/polystyrene.jpg

I don't know something about polyestyrene beads, but I've gone lots of times to Barcelona beads shops and I never saw this before.
Maybe you could find polyestyrene forms at general crafts stores, try in BELLES ARTS FERRAN http://www.bellesartsferran.com/

I know this thread is old, but since it may be consulted by other people trying to find the same info, I thought I'd answer.
There are several places where you can find this product, mostly they are half hidden shops that you don't notice as you walk by.  But the most helpful one, where you'll find this and nearly everything at decent prices, is Servei Estacio.  This is a link for the address:  http://www.serveiestacio.com/empresa/catiendas.aspx.  It used to be my favourite craft store when I lived in Barcelona, and has more stuff than you can possibly think for all sorts of crafts.  Always worth a visit.
