Hi!

I'm coming over to barcelona in octobre! does anyone know any fun stores, secondhand shops, thrift stores, fleemakets,....? or just a good site about places to go? all other recomendations are welcome too :]

When I was there I fell in love with this little shop called L'antiga Casa Sala in central Barcelona (C/ call ?). It's a store for jewelry-crafting and beads and such. And compared to Sweden it's cheap too!

You should visit Merceria Santa Ana in Portal de l'Angel street, its a huge old shop with all kind of stuff for crafts!! 
Also, if you have a walk in Call street, you'll find lots of small shops with beads and such stuff.
For second hand stores, just have a walk around the center of the city (esp. the Raval and the Born areas), there are thousands!

I'm sooo jealous!!!  Definitely go to everything Gaudi, you will be so inspired!  There is also a really cool chocolate museum (there are 3-D scenes from Ben Hur out of chocolate!). 

I definitely recommend the Gothic Quarter and the modern art museum as well.  There's a ton of graffitti around the building and out in the back- I didn't even make it into the museum!

I'm from Barcelona.  I just discovered craftster two weeks ago...I have sign in because of your question.  Ok, here there are a few recomendations:

-The most popular fleemarket is "Encants Vells" it is in Glorias (metro red line).  You can find there everything you could imagine and very cheap! Go on saturday mornings
-Try also Ribes i Casals in Roger de Flor for all kinds of fabrics
-Second hand shops...Humana (but they are not cheap)
-Places to go...uuffff Have you been in the museum of the city? Plaça del Rei? I love also a little places for good fast food, zoo (c/escudellers) or a little place for sandwiches in Plaza St Jaume...

I just remembered a very cute and old shop where you can buy all kinds of stuff for making bags and purses, it is C/ Hospital 50, they only open mornings
