SO cute, did you put magnets in the handles so they close on their own?  I know when you carry it the handles would be closed, but say you put it down-the magnets could keep the handles closed...

hi- am I the only idiot that can't find this amazing tut I keep reading about? I love the bags you all have made, but I am in SUCH need of directions!  Any help appreciated!

I had seen the tute and couldn't understand your confusion. Then I went back and saw this...
Tutorial here removed at the request of Amy Butler Design.

Huh.  Don't you think they should just remove this listing on the tutorial list if the original poster doesn't want it given away anymore?  I'd kind of think that the link to purchase the pattern is one of the craftster don'ts  anyway, huh?

It wasn't that the OP no longer wanted to share the directions, it was Amy Butler Designs that requested the pattern to be removed for it was very similar to one of the Amy Butler's retail patterns that is available for purchase.

Ohhhhhhhhh. Embarrassed  I thought the OP was Amy Butler or something.  Heee.  Still, it's kind of pointless to have this tute up if there's not actually a tute on here.   Is it just me that thinks that?

IMO Amy Butler is a bit up herself. I purchased a similar pattern from Indygo Junction years ago. And they were around in the sixties. It is not her original concept.
