I already posted this in ewushkas post about her corsets, but while I was trying to edit my spelling mistake I accidentally deleted my post (I know that it was not very smart of me Grin)  so I'm posting it again.

First I was going fore a style that simplicity pattern has. But I miss calculated my chest size and made my pattern form to small. So I hanged style of corset by adding pieces of material in breast seames and bra satraps to cerate more v-neckline.

I whose very worried about wearing corset but It was a great experience. Corset whoas very comfortable, and I felt very slim and sexy in it. I'm thinking about making more everyday version (maybe just a whist chinner).

macking that corset was a big challenge mostly because I was very nervous and exited about it and with that amount of emotions it is hard to do thinks precise. (that is big problem with me when I'm sawing to much emotions Smiley). Also I was macking it fore  "cold Gothic night" party in my town so I had time limitations, and my sawing machine broke down, (my grandmother gave me her machine to finish that project)

I wont to thank all of pepole that wrote hire about they corsets especially fore help and support. I wouldn't mack it witout you.
I must admit that it is not perfect, but not as wonky and uneven even as on the picture.

Are corset's really hard to make? I've never actually "made" a shirt but I have painted on a shirt. It turned out really good. My friend loves it! I'm more into painting on glass and shirts. I don't think I'd be good at actually making them. lol  Smiley

dusk hondzik thanks a lot fore, your complements.

requestpending I wouldn't call corset a good beginning project, because it has a lot pattern pieces and requires quite precise sawing. I would start from sawing a skirt ore reconstructing a t-shirt. You can find a lot of tutorials on this board. If I where you I would start with finding them by a search mode and picking up the one that suits you the most.
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=34473.0 in this topic pepole listed many places where you can find different resources. Good lack to you.
