i'm trying to get feedback done today, but i'm having a hard time, cause the system keeps going down while i'm trying to do it! but i promise, i'm trying, and i'll get it done ASAP.

meanwhile, flick_veritas appears to have flaked. she's not replying to PMs, even though she's on craftster pretty regularily, and as far as i know, she hasn't sent yet.
