[/b]Hi! I'm a total lover of indian food (mainly cause it's so spicy) but I don't know how to make any of it...if you know some good online recipe addies, or some good Indian food restaurant in Victoria, BC please post them!:D Thanks![/b]

for a long time i was trying to think of a way to make samosas from scratch, and your post just reminded me to google it. this was the first website that came up:

http://www.outofthefryingpan.com/recipes/samosas.shtml

i might try to make them within the next month or so. it looks a lot easier than i thought it would be.

I'm a high school teacher, and I just took some kids to this chef's house last week to learn southeast asian cooking. It was great, and her food was amazing. she posts some of her recipes, including samosas. here's a link:http://www.geocities.com/sahana227/recipes.html

lemme know if you wanna make orange lassi to go with it. i have a printout she gave us. dreeeeamy.
