Yep - totally sellable but im not to sure about pricing - sorry. I really love that idea tho. You could also make one for ipod minis too.
Does it actually stay on your arm if your doing anything active?

I think those are really great....they are unique and look very well made...I think you should definitely sell them....as for price, I don't know as I don't know what they are usually going for. You could double the cost of the materials and labor to get the price. Where will you be selling these?

they do stay on very well!  the d-rings that i use keep it really tight, plus the velcro is for extra stability...  i made this specifically b/c i love working out, and didn't want to spend all that money for a generic looking ipod armband...

i was thinking of maybe using etsy??  any opinions about that?

thanks for the great feedback so far.  Smiley

I use etsy, and it hasn't been super great for me yet, but I think it will be. I know others are having good luck on it, and it is free right now so really nothing to lose! Good luck! I really like them. If I ever get an Ipod, I would want one of your holders!

I think it looks fantastic, but I probably wouldn't use it for working out--it's much too nice! something about a d-ring (or anything metal) doesn't say "workout wear" to me... and the fabric might get yucky (discolored?) when sweaty?

totally a stab in the dark, but I would think people (especially iPod-owners) would pay upwards of $20 for a holder? maybe even more?

great design & great work!

wow! thats really awesome.
i've been trying to think of ways to make something that would stay. great job!
i don't want to spend the $30 on the 'official' ones.
i personally would pay about $15-$17 for that. it's really well done, but since it's an alternative, you wouldn't want to charge as much as what apple is charging.
but it also depends on how much time it takes you, and how much the material costs.

good luck!!
