When Cassiemarie hatched the brilliant idea for a "My country doesn't have that" swap I wanted to join in on the fun, but couldn't. I was too swamped with other stuff.

Now I'm just wondering if anyone would be up for a Part 2? And if anyone would organize it?
(I have just been in 2 swaps and would feel too newbie to do it Embarrassed)

Here's what I can think of that my country do have, and would be easy to find for you guys:

Candies and chocolate bars. Swedish. European. (Lindt, Kinder Egg, Ritter Sports etc) and others.
Salty Licorice.
Crisp bread / Ryvita.
Elk / moose stuff. Grin (I noticed someone wanted elk jerky in the first MCDHT round)
Lego.
Moomin.
Yarns. Lovikka and others.
Nice fabrics (esp. vintage).
All sorts of craft related things. Supplies. Traditional and modern patterns. Magazines.
FACE Stockholm Make up. (http://www.facestockholm.com)
Sexy wooden clogs. Wink
Acne jeans. (http://www.acnejeans.com)
Cheap Monday jeans.
Julian Red jeans.
Nudie jeans. (http://www.nudiejeans.com)
Filippa K clothes.
IKEA stuff.
Dala horses. And other touristy pretty things.
Ordning&Reda.
Swedish Design. Roll Eyes

Some things on my list are kinda expensive, but I'm sure we could make some sort of a deal if anyone's interested. (And the reason I'm listing so many Swedish jeans brands is because of a friend of mine, who studied in the states and just came home, told me that Swedish jeans apparently is, and I quote: "the shit" over there. Grin If it really is I sure didn't know. But they are very nice. That I know. Smiley

And of course I could supply you with Swedish music, all sorts of ephemera, papers and such.

So, what do you guys think?

That would be really cool. I guess I'm sheltered ... What doesn't my country have that I might want?

I think the answer to that is:

sexy wooden clogs...awesome!

...I want clogs...

Heh heh. Wink

Regarding clogs: they are indeed highly stylish but also kinda heavy. Grin Shipping might get expensive. But hey, if you really want'em it's worth it, right... If you guys are serious about the clog-business I'll look into shipping costs and such.
Here's some (kinda boring looking) links showing classic Swedish clogs:

so how exactly does this work? does our partner buy us stuff, or do we give money to our partner? or maybe do we exchange things in the same price range. it sounds like a cool swap. i'll have to check out the first round.

i checked out round one of this swap and i sooo totally want to join this one!

I am so in for round two of this!  Provided there aren't too many of us Americans to make it work, of course.  I'm half Dutch but haven't been to the Netherlands in 10 years, so I would LOVE to be paired with someone from there.
