This is way old, but I still love it. I made the Barbie in 8th grade and the box a year later, which accounts for the sketchy quality of the tattoos. Behold!

The box is a renovated shoebox.

Note the multiple piercings and tattoos, as well as the horrible, horrible eyeliner that I can't fix. I hand-sewed the shirt. Clearly. Wink

That's authentic duct tape and safety pins there. Also, if you look closely, you can see a tiny cigarette in the hole in her hand where rings are supposed to go. She  had black nail polish, but it rubbed off. The skirt's made from an old flannel shirt (omgsopunk), and the garters are just masking tape colored with Sharpie.

I love it! I did the same thing to a Ken doll but instead I made him into a cross-dresser.

Ebay, man! I only had 5 Barbies left, so I went on Ebay and got like 20 of them for $4 plus shipping.

That's completely fabulous. It reminds me of some Barbie art that I saw in a Reno gallery a few days ago... www.dollfetish.net... check it out

lol, my Ken doll was always a cross-dresser. They just don't make enough clothes for him.

Anyway, awesome Barbie! I love seeing people get creative with dolls.
