Finally got some pictures. here's my finished sweater.. made from knit picks decadence 100% alpaca.

The gauge was about 3.25 sts per inch. a bit smaller then the pattern. It worked up as  size 32" wide, which is perfect for the person i made it for. It also has alot of stretch and give and is really soft and drapy. I don't know if ill use that yarn again tho... the shedding was horrible.. little alpaca fibers everywhere.

apixiegrl, Great job. It looks great.

I understand what you meant about the shedding. I used Andean Treasure(100% baby alpaca) to make a camisole for my friend and there is a lot of 'hair-like' thing shedding from it as I was knitting. Maybe this is expected from alpaca?

Beautiful, apixiegirl! I wonder if the fiber will shed less over time and after washing. You did a fantastic job!

Gorgeous Lace Leaf Pullovers! All your sweaters have inspired me to make one out of the Rowan Polar I bought on sale.

Woohoo!  I'm nearly there Cheesy  I just have one sleeve to knit, sew and graft, and button to find, and it is done Cheesy  I may have enough Polar left to make another one, which may be a good idea given some of the errors I've made on this one, but they aren't bad enough to make me alter it...  There should be pics soon...
