This is the simplest necklace in the world. I left it very plain because I thought the beads we so pretty all on their own.

What 'cha think guys..?

This is strung on 2 strands of "Surflon" wire (it's a really chubby plastic coated steel wire for fishing, but you could use just about anything).
The sqaure beads are drilled from corner to corner rather than side to side. I think I got them at Arton Beads in Toronto.
Then I used another medium sized clear bead (round)

So, both strands should be attached to a jump ring or clasp,
I used two thumb widths to space the the first bead (very techinical measurements)
String on 1 crimp bead,
1 Square bead
Crimp again.
2 thumb widths
Crimp
Crimp
Round bead
Crimp.
Then repeat.
I like to stagger the beads on each strand, so that the beads on each strand don't end up in exactly the same place.

For the earrings, I just used head pins and threw the beads on. I also added a crimp above the beads to keep them in place (although gravity would have done the trick).

That's it kids.
String away.

Very delicate -- I bet when you're wearing it, it looks like it's kind of floating around your neck.  So pretty!  Smiley
