Drawing in color pencil. Sorry it's sideways and the color is dulled due to the poor quality of my digi cam.

Ow.. my neck hurts from looking at it sideways... lol
Anyway, i think you did a great job so far, the skin is really smooth and everything. I especially like the colour of her cheek.
But since you're looking for critique... maybe you should add some more contrast or colour so that the painting doesn't appear too realistic and boring. A lot of the composition are neutral colours for the skin which can make the drawing seem monotonous.
well, hope that makes sense. It's fine as it is though. really!
