So I've been intrigued with tattoos for a little while now. I don't have one, but I think the art is amazing. I enjoy seeing what people do for traditional chest pieces. Not wanting to get one myself I thought perhaps I'd put one on a shirt. This one is just a trial run using permanent marker (the black is sharpie rub-a-dub laundry marker). I think it makes for a pretty cool design. I think maybe next time I'll paint it on though.

This is the outline in the laundry marker:

and this is the (almost) finished product (I still have to figure out what to but in the banner)

Haha.. you fool! You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous being: Never get involved in a land war in Asia. Only slightly less well know is this: Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!

Thanks, I sketched it out first and then drew it on the shirt-I'm not that steady. I'm sure if you went to a tattoo parlor and asked nicely they'd give you a flash transfer. Or even google flash terms like "sacred heart" until you find something you like, print it out and trace it. A good place to look for banner inspiration are flags. the two in this design are loosely based on the Maine flag.
