Silly me, I didn't take a picture of my last-minute cocktail hour brainstrom - but you'll get the idea.
Preheat oven to 475.
Take cold pizza slices (preferrably having been refrigerated for at least one day) and use a small cookie cutter to cut out whatever shape(s) you wish (mine were just 1.25"  circles, but think of the possibilities!).
Place the cut-out shapes on a cookie sheet and place in pre-heated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until tops are melty and bottoms are golden and crispy-toasty.
Let cool for just a minute and serve with beverages.
Mine were eggplant/anchovy and spinach/ricotta and oh so delicious!
