I love pencil skirts so much lately.. cute, classy, and sassy all in one. Plus they are so freakin easy to make that I did this one in under an hour! I love love them!! You should too!

I like it, is that a functional zipper, or just decoration?  I assume it works, or how would you squeeze into it?

Super sexy by the way!

No, I actually made it on my own...  I just used waist, hips and length measurements. Also the length between the widest part of my hips to the waistband.  I just cut out two pieces for the skirt.. front and back. Then cut the back piece up the middle, hemmed the edges I cut.... then put on a zipper. So simple!

Its a thick upholstery type of fabric... it works real nice because its stiff and tough. I also made out one of a real thin cotton material and it looked good too and its cooler for super hot days.
I really like the stiffer fabric better myself..
