though i would share some of my excitement over the robot i embroidered onto a plain black tshirt. the robot came from jenny hart's atomique pattern on http://www.sublimestitching.com i changed it a tiny bit because i had to resize it and the details wouldn't fit. i think he turned out pretty well for my first embroidery type project. with the exception of blanket stitching everything. sorry for the one nasty looking photo.

Very nice!  Grin

And, good to know how to simplify it. I often wonder about that with some of the patterns...so thanks for the inadvertant feedback!

SarahFroggy, I did the same thing! I took the Sublime Stitching robot and put it on a fuchsia t-shirt. Sadly, I don't have a picture yet, but I had to post--I'm wearing it right now!

Your robots look fantastic, both of you!

i love robots too!

i used the sublime stitching robot on a canvas bag i bought at michaels the last time i was home (i'm in nyc a place, unfortunatly void of a good craft store) and it's A-DORABLE!  makes me wish i hadn't given my mom's digital camera back to her so that i too could share.

jenny, if you see this, i just want to let you know how you've inspired me to do more embroidery and to make my own designs.  thanks.

erika
