Fancy-pants earring holder *Updated!*

I *always* leave my earrings lying about, so I needed some visible place to put them.  And, as luck would have it, Target had a sale on picture frames

I think it's very pretty hanging in my living room! Hehe, wire mesh looks weird in photos though, huh?

*EDIT*  I made another one this afternoon, and I love zebra.  Plus, this one solves the problem of where to put the necklaces.

Very cool. I like it. I recently made an earring holder but it wasn't too involved. In fact it was easy peasy. Lol. Maybe I'll post it somewhere on craftster since it was made with craft supplies.... but anyways, I love what you made. Very pretty.

but it looks nothing like yours mines just this big gray thing on my wall...not so pretty

brokendove, that's a great site, thanks for sharing!  I didn't use wire for mine, I found some wire mesh and used that for the first one, then just used window screen for the second one.  For anyone interested in making one, the window screen worked just a little better, and is less expensive than the wire mesh, but if you use wire like in brokendove's, you can hang hoop earrings, and you can't do that with mine.
