This fall, an exciting new craft event is taking place at Kent State University called Craft Showdown. The event, sponsered by Kent Student Center Programming, will consist of students taking ordinary, everyday objects and transforming them into unique and useful craft pieces. Three seperate showdowns will take place during the fall semester, each with a different object and theme (T.B.A.) Each event will have one winner who will take home a deluxe, really nice art/craft supply kit.

Any Kent State students who are crafty and would like to participate or are interestedcan contact Logan Sommers at ljsommer@kent.edu or call 330-672-1169 for more info.

Keep crafting!
