Ruffles make me HOT... a skirt (Now With Tutorial!!)

My new hot hot skirt.. made from 3!! of my boyfriend's brother's t-shirts cut up.. But it was so super easy! I was amazed at how cool it looked. It took about the time it takes to watch Star Wars: A New Hope with a run with the dog in the middle somewhere.


ps its not as light as it looks in the pictures, i had to edit it because i couldn't catch the ruffles with the lighting in my room.
