Great job!  For 3 hours of work, it looks great!  Can't wait to see more.  Did you get the lining at Hancock?  I saw it online as a new print, that's why I'm asking.  I love it!

We don't have that shop here. I got it at a fabric store over here... They sell some pretty mainline stuff so it's possible that you saw it online somewhere Smiley

The only thing is that the bag is really floppy (no interfacing in it). The next I make will have interfacing though, because it doesn't really hold its shape otherwise. If I feel brave, I might interfacurgery that one to give it a bit more definition.

I plan on selling them online (already had two orders last night from a friend and a coworker!! Cheesy )

Awesome job!  Way cool for your first purse and took you a lot less time than mine did on my first (and only so far) purse.

I love the fabric....

Thanks.

Update: I managed to fix a little of the floppiness with fusable interfacing... Just ironed some pannels over the sewed pannels. It's not as pro or as pretty if I need to turn it to repair again, but at least now the bag pretends to hold itself up... Wink

I've started another little baggie fully interfaced and that's working like a treat.
And I got to try this gorgeous KIWI (!!!!!) soft cotton I got the other day... Pictures coming up
