oh and for anyone who idnt read the thread before i got all weird and messed it up.. lol..

i am starting a photo album, with one of my homemade photo albums but only of old old b&w photos of people i dont know..
1 photo per page, and next to each one we are going to add a story.. written by us, family, children, anyone who sees a photo and is inspired.. mostly just paragraph long descriptions of what is happening..

my absolutely absolute favourite picture is the second last one... the "dinner party" i love it so much.. i have no idea why though

ya i wrote you a story at work. and so here it is. it's for one of the ones with a crowd, but since i can't see the faces, i don't know which one. but i love the idea , so i hope this fits. it's about New Denver, BC, where i go in the summer time. except for the characters, it could be true!

this picture of Janet Lane and Gwendolyn Saunders was taken at the
Harris Ranch, which was being used as a hospital for the Japanese
interns during the War. They had both volunteered to care for the ill
and were there for two years, where they became good friends. Janet Lane
married Christopher Williams, and settled in the area. She drowned in a tragic
boating accident in the Slocan Lake and this is the only picture ever taken of her.
