It's super super easy.  I'm picky about yougrt because I really don't see the point in eating all the gross over processed sugary types.  Check out this website: http://www.make-stuff.com/cooking/yogurt.html  If you google how to make yogurt you should get a lot of hits.  It's certainly is worth trying.

This has been my favorite thread all week. A big thanks to all the participants for cracking me the hell up all the while passing along useful information. My favorite and most likely to be used: the garlic wrapped in gauze and inserted. I love garlic and see no reason why my nether regions wouldn't love it, too.

****TMI****You've been warned!
:p
The first time I did the garlic thing, my roommate came home and said, "Ooooh, what are you cookin'?"

Don't get gold bond powder (especially extra strength) on your girlie parts.  My mom did that and complained for like 2 days.  Gah.

Some worms can be good for you. They cure allergies because the part of your immune system that would normally fight itself is busy fighting the worms. All you have to do is make sure you eat a bit extra iron so the worms don't hurt you and you're fine. I think whipworms and threadworms are okay, but I don't know about others, others might be dangerous (like guinea worms, thank God we don't get them in the West).
