Or course!  If you can knit an entire stocking (and not just a short scarf sewed up on three sides, which is about my skill level.  Sort of a Christmas Tube Sock, if you will  Grin) more power to you!  You can sew, knit, decoupage, felt, whatever your heart desires!....  and I think we should keep it open for those of us who celebrate other winter holidays, as well.  For example, mine is sort of a mixed household, so I combine Christmas and Hannakah.  Since neither of us is particularly religious (we just like the traditions), I like to make stockings in blue & silver.  A couple years ago we bought a small Charlie Brown tree, decorated it with blue lights and silver balls, and topped it with a menorah rather than a star.  Needless to say, BF's mother about had a fit (not very Christian of us).  Oooh... where was I?  Oh yes... Holiday Stockings  Let's do it!

I'm thinkin we should probably post this as a thread in Craft-alongs? Because we aren't just sewing the stockings.

I started a Craft-A-Long for this instead of a sew-along. It seems to fit better Wink So, click your way on over there Wink
