I would really like to join you in sewing this skirt...is there a specific pattern your using? if not I think i have a pencil skirt pattern somewhere anyway. The skirt is gorgeous...I love Miu Miu and Prada of course and I love the embroidery...although I may do the flowers in felt myself. anyway...I'm excited about this and can't wait to see your pictures...

Were not using any specific pattern, as for me I am just going to adapt a pattern I have lying around.  This will be great 'cause we're all doing our interpretations of the skirt!  The only thing I have really picked out so far is some plum corduroy.  Monday I am going to get all the rest of the notions, etc. -- I'm hoping!

Has anyone done anything yet?

I know we've all been busy!  Dolores, it sounds like you've really been working on your website, I took a look at it and it is AWESOME.  I really havent done much, I've gotten distracted with so many other things.  It still feels a bit like summer here, but its getting cooler at night so I think I'm in the mood for fall now.  I just wish my skirt would appear out of thin air!
