I never tried to staple or tape the juice bags together I've always sewed them. I haven't ever broken a needle or had any trouble with them going through the machine. Your bags are really cute.

What a great idea!  I buy packs like this all the time for my son and always thought the packaging was such a waste until now...I am definitely putting making a bag out of these on my craft to-do list.
