those are sooo fricking nice!
you could sell those for over twenty bucks easy =p

actually, i just sold a pair at an open-house jewelry showing to a 70-something year old lady. i was shocked to see her prancing around the room in them..she was the only person at the show who didn't buy something either black, gray, white, or a neutral brown. it was weird that no one bought any more colorful stuff since most of my stuff is pretty bright and bold..really strange. but i had a price tag of $48 on them. i know i can sell them for more than $20 but i like making exceptions for fellow artists because having another artist wear your stuff is such an amazing compliment, and it's cool when fellow artists do the same for you. plus everyone on here is just too awesome  Wink

Yeah.  I can't stand to sell something to a friend or sister/brother in craft for a high profit.  I usually try to swap or trade so the deal works out well for both parties!

Back AGAIN to look at those fabulous earrings!

I love those earrings, they're gorgeous

I've sold a few funky, colourful pieces that I thought would only appeal to teens to people in their 50s and 60s.  Just goes to show, it's a state of mind!

the loops are just clasp parts that i adjusted and attached to the hooks, wouldn't it be cool to have fish hooks with loops that chunky though...hmmm

i completely agree! a close friend of mine is getting close to 50 and she looks like shes in her 30s, andshe never acts or dresses her age. she's very lovely and funny and artsy and full of more life than 10 people half her age combined..it's very refreshing and fascinating. i hope i can be like that
