you just get to know 3 people in your group that you are assigned to, and send them each one gift according to his own taste/style

as long as there are a few people that are willing to send outside of their own countries, and if you are willing to send outside of yours (OR) if I happen to get another brazilian on here, but that may be hard to do. But most of all, if sending outside of your country is not possible for you to do, then yeah you wouldn't be able to participate. Otherwise, it's fine. I'm sure I'll get some people to want to be able to send outside their countries.
