Well, I found the tutorial on here somewhere...but can't seem to find it now.  Someone here did something similar except with record covers.  Basically I printed the pictures onto cardstock, and then I turned the picture over and matched it up with the spiral and drew lines wherever there was spiral thing.  and then I took a ruler and drew a line about 1/4 inch from the edge.  Wherever there was a line that intersected like +     I took my hold puncher and punched holes.  Then I cut lines to the holes and lined them up with the spiral.  I'm sorry if this didn't make much sense...it probably doesn't...I can try to find that other tutorial...it was so much better explained.
