Hi everyone,

Some people have said they are having login problems since the update happened  a couple of weeks ago.

To help me get this problem figured out, can you all reply to this thread and tell me:

1. What is exactly is happening? (Does it log you out every time? Do you get an error message when you try to log in? Do you have to delete your cookies every time you come to Craftster? etc.)

2. Are you on Windows or Mac?

3. What browser do you use?

Thanks!

Leah

1) Same as above... each time I log in I have to delete my cookies.

2) Good ol, (or not so good...) Windows XP

3) I have this problem with Mozilla, my main web browser, but don't with Explorer which I have been using to access Craftster since the update.  It keeps me logged in FOREVERRRR.....

Thanks for always being so darned on top of things all the time, I have no idea how you do it!!  You deserve your own national holiday.   Grin

Same sort of problem here, I normally log in 'forever', but every day when I come to craftster for the first time, I find that I've been logged out and have to delete my cookies to log in. I've got around it by only logging in for 1 hour, then when I come back I can log in again fine.
I'm on Windows XP, and use Mozilla Firefox (but have the same problem with Internet Explorer too).
Thanks  Cheesy

I couldn't log in at all, or re-register, but looks like it's fixed now.  Good job.

OK. So alot of you are saying you have to delete your cookies. What happens when you try to login. Does is say "invalid password" or does is say "you have to delete your cookies in order to login" or what?

(I use FireFox on OSX and oddly enough I'm having no problems!)

Aaaahhhh. Thank you so much for saying this!  As hard as I try I constantly feel like I'm falling behind on all the Craftster duties that comes up.  Lately it's gotten to the point where people are receiving responses to PMs and emails around 5 days after they've contacted me! Sad  So I appreciate hearing this!  Smiley

I use Windows and I only have problems when I'm using Internet Explorer. When I use firefox or netscape navigator I'm fine.

When using internet explorer, i get this message:

 "  An Error Has Occurred!
You were unable to login. Please check your cookie settings.  "

It doesn't bother me much because Firefox is a whole lot better then internet explorer anyways.
Thanks
