Wow! Awesome Japanese stuff!! I actually found a Japanese version of a Dollar Store (although, a little more than a dollar an item!!) which was very exciting!! So because one of my partner's wanted stuff from Japan, I'm sending her more Japanese stuff than stuff from my own country!!

I just received the most amazing package from punkrockmom. It has 3 magazines, one about knitting, one about beadwork and the third one about papercrafts. So far I've only looked at the covers because I wanted to post first, but as soon as I have bragged enough I will make myself comfortable and enjoy those fantastic looking magazines. Furthermore there is a huge batch of hawaiian fabric, cool and wonderfully colourful beads as well as cute little lockets and matching keys to be used as pendants. Some of punkrockmom's favourite recipes for desserts are included too (I'll be sure to try them soon) and to top it all off there is a deliciously soft skein of alpaca wool.

Thank you so much Catherine for taking so much effort and making this a wonderful first swap... I love it all

edited to add picture... that's how excited I am ;-)) and my cat "Mojito" has already found the treasures and is sniffing deliriously at the wool. uhm yes, sorry for the flashy picture, it's kind of late here in Switzerland, well most certainly there is no more daylight.

ILiveForJesus, is there a daiso near you?

i knew the one near me was the first one in north america, built in december 2003, but it's "being used as a springboard to launch Daisos operations across North America" , and i'm really curious to know where else they've opened them since.

i LOVE that store!
