Thrift Store Pic Revamp III

Yes, I modge podged a skelleton, skulls and bones in the glasses and flowers.  Also repainted the background and the table as well as added the fake flowers to the frame.  It's called "the Anatomy of a Flower" because the skeletons are from a picture of an anatomy exhibit of a skeleton behind glass...
Thanks!  I'm glad it turned out well, I'm ready for another! hahaha

these are all so awesome!!  i loooovvve the first one!!  and the devil/nun is adorable!  aww...they're all great!  and i didn't realize the sendout date was so soon, so i will be a little late sending out megantron!  but i have some great ideas for it and i think you're gonna like it.

AAAH!!! once again, pure genius on behalf of the craftsters here. anyone else thinking of staring round 4? or would that be overkill?! I would definitely be joining, i wasn't sure if i could successfully revamp, but my first attempt was pretty successful and really, really fun to do! here's a link to one I did for my house...

I got my picture back from chibiichan and I LOVE IT! It is so 3-D and beautiful. She knitted flowers and leaves and vines where the picture had other flowers leaves and vines...Its awesome!

Livin Easy and I have been exchanging the most cryptic messages about our pieces, both of which are on their way. I'll post pics of what I get as soon as it comes in, and hopefully Livineasy will be kind as well!

So I got my revamp back today and it is the coolest. revamp. ever. You, shmee, absolutely rule. She even sent me a bonous peice!  Both beautifully blasphemous! Everyone I've shown the revamps to has been equally impressed, amused and envious.

 I don't know if everyone remembers the light up Jesus but here is the before:

And a close up. Also please note that shmee had strung these blue beads on silver thread mimicking a shower but sadly in the mail the thread got tangled and I couldn't fix it in time for the pictures. Shmee..be assured that I will revive the beads and finish the glorious peice.


Jesus lit on my bathroom wall....the best night light in the world.


Finally, shmee's sweet bonus. In her words this was to 'start my own wall.'
