How do I chage a file format?

I just took quite a few pictures and when I saved them after editing they were saved in .Spp. How do I change these to a format that can be uploaded to photobucket? Or is there another free picture hosting that will do these files?

I had to do that recently on my Multipass machine.  I just opened my Multpass Setting, and changed the format.

Whats that mean? lol...If it means where you save it again then try to save it in some other format then I tried that... Spp was the only option

I use imageresizer.com, just download it and it's pretty easy to navigate after that.

I figured out It took like 20 minutes to do them all but I just opened them in paint and saved in jpg
