HI.  So, thanks to the many posts on these board about shopping carts, I've finally chosen to go with Mals-e for my cart and PayPal for the processing.  Everything has been going fine and it was super easy to set up, but now that the site is complete and I'm ready to launch... somethings wrong.

The last thing I did to my site was to add the "Shopping Cart" button so that people can access the cart from any page they are on.  Fine, the button went in fine but it doesn't work.  When I click on the button it brings up an error page that says User ID not recognized.  I placed my Mals user id in the html for the button, so I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.  The Mals msg boards are no help at all.  I figured a savvy crafty girl would have the answer, so I'm turning to you guys.   Thanks!

Hmm, that's weird.  My guess would be that there's some error in the code.  Maybe you should recreate the button and reinsert it, just to see what happens.  That way, too, you're entering your id again, in case the problem is some embedded typo.  Because they're all numbers/letters, I jumbled mine a couple of times, or used my password as my id.  D'oh.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi.  Yes, I figured out that there was an error in the code.  The weird thing is that I copied and pasted it directly from the website.  After starting at it forever and then comparing it with other codes from other buttons, I figured out that something was wrong.  It's all good now!  Thanks for your help.
