I loved this idea! I had the perfect 12 year old little EMO girl to make one for too. Here's George.
Thank you for letting me make a good kid happy!

I loved this project!  So I had to make it for Christmas...so I made nine!!!  There was fun fur fibers all over my house forever!
So I had lots of leftover fur from costumes (I design and make costumes for theater) and I had lots of fabric for the inside so I didn't have to spend anything for nine amazing presents!!
Here are the monsters:

I made three reds

I made three yellows

For the boys, I made more manly colors:

And for my teenage niece I did a sparkly bag...she LOVED it.

One tip for sewing sequin material...if you put wax paper or parchment paper over the seam line and sew through it, the glue doesn't gunk up your needle.

Not to be rude.. but everyone in the WORLD makes those purses.  Seriously.  I know people without internet that have made those.  It's an easy idea for the extra fur material that everyone has laying around.  So... yeah.

I've never seen one before, so having the tutorial appear here was such a big help! That's the best thing about Craftster- it always opens my eyes to new crafts that I might not have seen in my neck of the woods Wink

I didn't mean about the tutorial, I'm all for those.  You could show me how to draw a straight line and I'd still be for it.  I just ment for the thing about the person getting upset about someone else posting the tutorial first.  We just have to face it.  Just about everything has been done before in some form or another.  Darn Emo kids!!   Tongue

I know what you mean...every time I think of a great idea, I see that someone else has already done it...and made millions Wink

But I still love this bag! Cheesy
