Has anyone used these?  They sound cool, but I don't know much about them--just what I've seen on merchant web sites where they're for sale (like http://www.stampstruck.com/mall/h2o.asp).  I was thinking of using them with stamps, but I don't have much experience with those either.

I am not especially experienced or stamping either, but I got a set of the Twinkling H2O's and have found them to be very easy to use and the result looks really cool and unique.  I recommend using a water brush (like these http://www.dickblick.com/products/niji-waterbrush/).

I first discovered Twinkling H2O's here - http://scraptime.ca/blogpage/?p=53.  She gives a nice demonstration - it sold me!
