The clutch is so cute! Everything is awesome, but I really like the clutch! I just bought a weird little pink purse yesterday at the thrift store, and now I know what I want to stencil on it! Good job !!!

I just cut out my stencils on card stock and cut them out with a craft knife.  Then i spray a temporary adhesive spray lightly on the back of it and press it down on to the fabric or item I am stenciling.  Then I use either a foam brush or a makeup pad to apply the ink or paint.  I have a silkscreen too, but unfortunatly have not had the time to try it out yet!

I finally rescued my package from the post office today.  They never left me a slip, I'm thinking it's a conspiracy and they wanted to keep my awesome items.  Dollydlux is an awesome swap partner.  I'll try and post pics soon once I unpack my camera, etc.  All I can say is that she totally spoiled me.  I'll edit and go into more detail later because it's late but I wanted everyone know how great she is.  Some items she sent were a cute clock, bulletin board, wine charms, tray, and the list goes on and on.  Anyone who swaps with her is a lucky girl inded.

I just got back from my mailbox...and what do you think I found in it? A package....and not just any package...my PINUP PACKAGE!!!!!! in it:
a very lovely pin up embroidered shirt
a very lovely candle that says "good girls do..."
a very lovely airline-sized liquor bottle holder (well, some would say i-pod cozy, but I prefer the last option on the list of said item's versatility) made from the foot of a fishnet stocking
and a very lovely husband beater...I mean door knob thing...one side says, "come on in" and the other side says, "do not disturb, sleeping sex goddess" with pin up girls on each side.

thank you so much lucy van pelt!!!! I love everything...and if lucy doesn't have pics, I'll be back to edit some in that won't do justice to the spectacularity of my package!!! muuuuuuuahhhhhh!!!

Wow!!! You guys went all out!  I got busy and ran out of time, and botched one of my projects pretty bad Sad.  Can't wait for round 2 to make up for it!

Oh, and my brother stole my USB drive, but as soon as I get it back, I'll post pics of the stuff redheadgeek sent.  I was SOOOO happy to finally open the package, and loved every bit of it! (I made myself wait until I was done with her projects... took WAY too much self-control!).

My partner asked me to post pics of what I sent her so here goes-
First, pretty much everything all together

Second, a close up of the wine charms

Third, a close up of the candle (it will look much nicer when it is lit and all aglow!)

Fourth, a close up of the clock (craft addict likes purple) you can't see it in these pics but it says "tick" right by the hands and I thought that was funny- I think it said ticket or something originally.

and lastly, a collection of stickers for Craft Addict to do with what she pleases- ( I really like Bettie Page- can you tell?)

well- that's it.  I had a blast on my first swap.  I need a break though so have fun doing round two!  I can't wait to see what is created!
