Just wondering if anyone has knitted a gnome from the pattern on http://www.knitwitts.com/workshop.asp I would like to try him out, but I was wondering if anyone had already done a gnome and might have a picture as I am having a hard time visualizing the gnome. Or does anyone know of where I can get a cute pattern for one.

thanks

I made this one in a few hours: http://www.seasonsoriginals.biz/knit-baby-gnome.html

Quick and cute - I used DK weight and left over wool roving for the stuffing.

I love gnomes too! Grin I still know the song for the David the Gnome cartoon... but I think that's because I'm a dork...anyway. The baby one is cute; I have to add this to my project list. I'm curious how a finished one from Nessagurl's link looks, also.

I need to make a gnome now.  David the Gnome was my favorite cartoon as a kid.

I just made two of those baby gnomes and they are sooo easy. they are my third and fourth knitting projects! (yay!) And they only take an hour or two.  I'll put up a picture of mine when I get my camera back.

I can't find a photo of this gnome.  if you could post one I would love to look at it.  I am looking for some cute gnomes to make to hang out my ugly trolls, that I am crocheting now
