I would like to state plainly first that the design is not original at all, as it is one of those boxed gingerbread kits you buy at the store. The originality comes from the decorations. *If this is not allowed please delete my submission*
This was a family event I did with family on Christmas Eve. A three year old (my nephew) and a two year old (my son) also had a big part in doing the designs. lol. Nobody could figure out how to put it together so I took the role as "master builder." hahahaha I think it came out pretty cute though.  Wink

Aw, cute, the trees are a sweet touch. I like that the kids participated. Mine have always loved to "help", they keep things fun Smiley.

Ahh, it's SO cute!  We did the exact same one with our 3 and 8 year old this year.  Goodness, they (and myself, ha!) had so much fun with it! Cheesy

Since it's a boxed kit, it's not eligible for voting, but it's totally eligible to stay here and be ADORED.  It's fabulous!  Thank you for sharing!

That's cool, just glad to add to the gallery this year. Next year though-I'll do something awesome and handmade. Cheesy

I've never seen a 3-dimensional gingerbread train before and that's a mighty cool alternative take on things.  Given more time/space, I think it'd be neat to add a couple more cars behind the engine too, maybe turn it into a circus train with animal cookies (like giraffes) poking out of the train car roofs?
