My husband owns and office equipment company, and thows away hundreds of copiers a year.  I think I should be able to do something with these, but what?? Roll Eyes
They are all different sizes and none of them are salvageable as copiers, and even the recyclers won't take them!  Help!

I'm not sure how you'd be able to use the whole copier, but they deconstruct into great craft supplies; there's a nice glass panel in the top perfect for a glass tabletop or a frame (press flowers between 2 sheets of glass to get a neat effect). There's a ton of little wires and gears you could use for jewelry and trinkets, (watch out for lingering electrical charge in the electronics though.)
Depending on the copier, you might be able to salvage a working flourescent light/lamp fixture out.
You probably won't want to use any of the parts that have toner on them; apart from being impossible to clean, toner is also not very good for you, healthwise.

Use them to get out all that pent-up aggression...Office Space style.

Thanks Guys - I have a friend who already sucks the life out of them for jewelry, but the glass idea and the table are cute.  You know, I asked to be notified of replys, but it doesn't work?? I just thought no one had replied!  Thanks again
