Ummm I'm just a little confuzled with something. In your tutorial you show the rectangle folded in half with the half circle. Do you cut off the other half of the rectangle? Or do you sew it on to the rest of the skirt folded in half? Also which way to you fold the rectangle, the way that makes it more like a square, or the way that makes it long and skinny?
