Yay! I am super proud of this painting I did. It took me two days from start to finish. It's acrylic on canvas with some alcohol-based ink for edges. I'm thinking of doing an entire series of day of the dead skeletons and skulls . (I already have one up that my boyfriend "bought" from me of a skeleton holding his heart. He humors my silly artwork.)

My digital camera is crappy, so it's not as vivid as it is in real life. Sad

Very impressive.Very.
The colours are working and the mouth is stunning. This is creepy and sweet at the same time.
Please paint more skeletons! I'm almost sure that someone will buy this.

Wow, you made an AWESOME painting! I love the colors and the style. Dead of the day skeletons are not just normal plain skeletons, they have on their style a little something that makes them different from another skeletons, and your painting projects that Day of the death style exactly like the mexicans do it, great great work! I LOVE it!!!

Thank you! Smiley You guys are sweet.

And you're right CraftyZary, they're all very individual as skeletons and have different personalities, kind of. This one I wanted to be both scary and beautiful -- because, to me, it reminds me of the beauty of life and the scariness of the unknown, which is death. It will be fun to see what other skeletons come out of my craftiness! Smiley
