It was a splendid meetup. Eva is so witty and warm and so fun to be around, don't believe her when she tells you she's shy and reserved! We hit it off right from the start, and really had an fabulously good time! It's so remarkable how we craftsters are like sisters, ya know?

I was in charge of documenting our meetup, and I'm sorry to say we had issues with our digital camera. I sent Jerry to buy batteries and he spaced and got rechargeable ones that need charging up before you use them...long story short, we ended up using a disposable film camera I had the forethought to stash in my purse. I took it to get the pictures developed last night, but it was too late to get one hour developing so I left it for standard service, and I'll have the pics back Wednesday.

In the meantime, we are enjoying the new addition of Eva's beautiful art. It was a very impressive surprise that she'd actually ventured to cross the line from art into craft with the embroidery! I actually took down a print I had in our bedroom so her piece would be the one we saw first when we woke up, and plan to hang the other one over our bed where we don't reallly see it.

Eva, thanks so much for the great swap! I love the picture and the book, and Sedra always appreciates new stickers!  I hope we will get to meet up again!

Glad more people are interested...  I have fun with crafts, but art is still my main thing by far... if there's a round 2, I'd want to be in it.

Hey Sedrasmom - any luck with getting those pics of us developed??  I'd love for everybody to see our cool goodies!
