Pattern: http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEfall02/PATThaiku.html Haiku from Knitty
Yarn: Berroco Cotton Twist Variegated in http://www.berroco.com/shade_cards/cotton_twist_colors_sh.html Secret Garden
Needle size: 8
needle type: clover bamboo 24 inch circs (knitted flat)
recipient: Alice, my friend's baby who just turned 1 last Friday.
comments: My first completed sweater! I'm so glad it fits, and looks so nice. It isn't pefect by any means, but the colors make up for it. I like the way the pattern allows for so much customization and any type of yarn.

I'm working on a Haiku sweater too.  Mine is made with navy yarn with blue/green/yellow flecks.  I think I am going to skip the pattern on the arms and just go with pure garter stitch.

That's a really lovely yarn on your Haiku, Startle.

oh my gosh! i can't see how cute the sweater is because i'm too distracted by how beautiful your baby is! (good thing you added the pics at the end that didn't have the baby in them.  Wink ) great job!
