Just wondering if there's anyone here who would like to take part in a round robin swap for ATCs?

I was thinking that I could start it with five or ten in it and then just make sure that when you swap you take as many as you want but maintain the number that the envelope started with.

If you'd like to join, either make sure I have a mailing address or an email address so that I can include it on the list that goes in the envelope, so that the person before you knows where to send it.

If you'd rather email me than post that information on the forum, I understand.

My dear, the federal government has files on most of us, I'm sure free email addresses are the least of most of our worries.

I don't know how 'unsafe' a yahoo email address is.  If you'd like to not post your email, feel free to call me.  My phone number is....  Wink

And back to the point of this message. To answer the question I was asked about how long to keep it... How about not forever?  lol.  Seriously I would say a week or two at the most.  I'm not going to show up at your door and snatch the project back if it's not mailed out in that time, but I would say we want to keep it moving somewhat.  (I also figure that most people have a couple extra ATCs laying around their houses)

Hope that helps!

I have two participants so far, anyone else want to sign up?  I'd prefer to send with at least five participants.

Hi there. Please read this post:

http://www.craftster.org/yabbse/index.php?board=74;action=display;threadid=4377

We would prefer that email addresses are not publicly displayed in the swapping forums. It may be common practice on some sites, but it is generally not considered appropriate (ie. safe) on the 'net. Thanks.  Wink

I just wanted to pipe in and say that I guess I don't know how unsafe it is -- certainly it makes you more succeptible to spam.

But what I would say this...

If you want to reply and say you are interested in participate in a swap, then please email or PM the person organizing the swap.  And as for the person organizing the swap, please set it up so that people email or PM you to join -- not post a reply in a thread. Replying to threads for this purpose just takes up precious space that could be filled with crafty things everyone else is interested in.

Thanks!  Smiley

I'm interested.  Are we going to have a theme?

I would say no theme.  Just whatever you want to put in.  I don't like thems.  They limit creativity to whatever can fit in certain boundaries.

I've only got 3 people who'd like to participate.
I'd like to have at least 5 before I send this out.

Last call for participants.  Then I'll send it out regardless of how many people I have.
