crochetme's book thong pattern

I have been wanting to make the book thong from the crochetme website for a while. I finally bought some crochet thread and a steel hook, and now the website doesn't appear to be working! All day, the attempts to reach it have timed out. Does anyone happen to have this pattern saved or printed and could pm me the basics? I would really like to make one for a friend in the next few days.
