Just so y'all know...I'm having a sale in my shop all week cause I'm so thrilled to hit 100 hearts!!  20% off!  I remember being so excited just to have 5 when I first got started.  This whole etsy experience is just TOO much fun!

OK, im gulping down my pride and asking you all :

Do i need to lower my prices ?

It seems to be the one thing that keeps coming to my mind as to why i dont sell more. I know the large amount of jewelry on etsy has something to do wht it aswell... but honestly.. are they too high Huh?

NO and NO.  You're stuff is higher priced, because the materials are more expensive.  Your pieces are less crafty & more boutique-y, but they totally have a place on Etsy.  Market, market, market...get your banner, name, etc. out there more, because your pieces are gorgeous and I hate to see you doubt them or your shop in any way.

Have you (or anyone for this matter) ever done a "Frequent Shoppers Club?"  Something like, once a customer spends over a certain amount on an order, or if they opt-in, if they continue to buy 1 item (of any value) at least once a month, they get free shipping or a free item of $X value with each order?  From a non-buyer, only-shopper (woohoo!) Esty point of view, I would be stoked if someone did that...and it would definitely intice me to come back Smiley

Thanks Sweets!

I have thought about doing a freqeunt buyer program, where once hte buyer psends a certain amount of money, they so much off their next purchase... but i wasnt sure if people would be interested in it or not.Hmmmm

yay finally listed somthing new in my shop Cheesy

Thank Goodness These Jeans Have Spandex!

so I'm still busy promoting like crazy... I've noticed lots more views (almost 1500) but not more sales...

AND SOMEONE UNHEARTED ME! I'm sad, really! my bf thinks i take this way to personally... ha ha

I've been doing charms like crazy as well Smiley
I've listed this on etsy
http://www.etsy.com/view_item.php?listing_id=215942
no takers yet... its a version of the flower charm, two flowers or a cherry, with iridescent glass leaves instead of resin, and older, funkier vintage buttons...
maybe i should just list one charm at a time instead of pictures of several models... Huh

i've also been contacted by pinsandtomatoes (ironic, isn't it ha ha tomate d'epingles... pins and tomatoes Wink)
i think I'll give it a go, to see how virtual consignment works... I'll keep you guys posted!

and I've started a mailing list... wow i never imagined it took so much time hi hi

all that to keep myself distracted because "time goes by so slowly for those who wait" to go see Madonna in concert for the first time in my life!

Dont besad you got unhearted somthimes i un heart people once i know their url just to clear out my faves a bit  your shop is fabbyity dabity
