*Sigh of relief!*

I have been moving a mile a minute recently.  Got the magazine stuff finished and I am finaly able to start restocking my store!!  I was so excited to finish I wanted to show you guys right now!  Terrible picture, but it is a cute evil doll.  Her name is Masukami.  She is a Japanese horror maiden.  If you have seen any of the recent Japanese horror films that have been remade in the US recently, then you have seen this girl.  She is the second in my series of horror dolls

Hey guys! I had someone message me about possiblly supplying them with some items, im guesing wholesale. It might just be spam, but it sounded legit. Just wondering what i should do for a wholesale order... since ive never done one. I know its usually 50% ... but how much do they have to buy ? And ive seen some people ask for a resale tax id or a wholesale lisence or something for this sort of thing.. why would i need that ?

Anyone thats done a wholesale order i need your advice please!!

Where I work we sell wholesale and give a 20% discount. That will really depend on your markup.  We use the tax ID or resale certificate to report to the IRS that we do not have to pay taxes on the sale since the buyer will be reselling the item. You need to keep original signed receipts for this. If someone wants to buy with a quantity discount but soes not have a tax ID or resale # (same length as a social security #) They will have to pay tax on the purchase. It is their responsibility to then legitimately file their own taxes. Also if you are selling you should apply for a resale permit so you don't have to pay taxes twice. At least that's my understanding. You should do some research on the laws in your state.

From experience I'd make sure you charge for shipping and handling on wholesale orders because there is a lot more work involved .

That is awesome! Reminds me of The Grudge lady (although the 2 Japanese ones were scarier!)

That's her.  And Dark Water, And The Ring.  The image from several movies and video games were so similar, that I did some research.  She is a type of character that dates back to traditional Noh theatre.  She is a young maiden who was a dedicated lover.  She dies too young, usually by drowning.  She walks along the river banks crying and looking for her lover.  I love the new ways her imagery has been used in recent movies.

And yes, the Japanese versions are always better
