Hello, I am altering a flower girl dress for my daughter to wear and starting hemming tonight. The skirt 3 layers, inside is satin and middle and outer are tulle. I did a rolled hem on the middle tulle and am not happy with the result. I see in lots of dress pics that it looks like they just cut the tulle. Is that correct?
TIA
