Ingredients
8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4 T canned pumpkin
4 oz brewed coffee or 1 shot of espresso
1 t pure vanilla
1 t pumpkin pie spice

Optional sweetener: agave, stevia, honey, pure maple syrup, raw sugar

In a small saucepan, stir almond milk, pumpkin, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice over low heat until hot.

Pour over hot coffee or espresso.

Sweeten to taste.

Put in your belly. Smiley

If you happen to be doing 21 Day Fix, this is a friendly recipe and the container counts are as follows:
1/2 yellow beverage exchange, fraction of a green (I don't personally even tally it) and optional sweetener (page 15)

Me, toooo!  I went running at the park super early this morning and a few leaves were actually falling.  Eep!  Came home/back to the office and made this.

Awesome! I am definitely going to make this. This is something the hubs can have too. My favorite part of the direction is "put in you belly."  Cheesy

Thank, guys!

I heard that too, teag.  I guess it technically is just called Pumpkin Spice.  But I'll take my version of theirs anyway. Cheesy

Whoot - Thanks for this.  Can't wait to try it.

Especially since I lurve pumpkin anything and almond milk has become my new best friend as regular milk is becoming increasingly unstable with my system.  Not to give you too much information. Wink
